What We Do
We invest in socially-responsible businesses with a focus on long-term thematic trends, such as organic foods, health and well-being, environmental sustainability and education.
Edgewater Place Capital is flexible in its investment mandate, and can take part in any segment of the capital structure, from debt to equity to preferred shares, and can make control or minority investments. The target investment size is $500k to $5 million+ in high-growth and middle-market companies.
